Notice what sits at the top?

Consumers.
Not manufacturing.

Most cannabis companies build from the manufacturing up and hope a consumer appears at the end. We started with the consumer — the curious, cautious person who has never used cannabis — and built everything else downward to serve them.

We are building the infrastructure for modern plant medicine.

Not just products

A single beverage, however good, is a SKU. We're building the system beneath the SKU — the formulations, brands, and technology that make many products possible.

Not just beverages

An ecosystem where formulations, brands, technology, media, and culture work together to make plant medicine more approachable, more trustworthy, and easier to integrate into everyday life.

The Investor Narrative

Not the company that makes beverages.

The company that designs the future of plant medicine delivery.

That's a much bigger story — and much closer to how sophisticated consumer companies are actually valued.

For the Curious

THREE QUESTIONS.
ANSWERED IN ORDER.

If you've never used cannabis, you don't need a chemistry lesson. You need three questions answered — so here they are, in the order you'd actually ask them.

01

What is it?

A glass of wine, not hard liquor.

Holy Water Liquid Sacrament™ is to cannabis what a glass of wine is to hard liquor. It's intentionally gentle — a measured ritual beverage, not a high-potency product. Every serving contains just 3mg THC and 3mg CBD.

02

Will I get “high”?

A gentle introduction, not a dramatic experience.

Holy Water Liquid Sacrament™ is intentionally low-dose and designed to provide a gentle introduction to plant medicine. Most first-time users describe a subtle sense of calm rather than intoxication. Everyone responds differently — which is exactly why we begin with a low, measured serving.

03

Why would I use it?

Because plant medicine works best when it's measured.

Just as you don't take an entire bottle of aspirin, cannabis works best in measured amounts. Holy Water Liquid Sacrament™ was designed for people who are curious but cautious — to relax, to feel more present, or to sleep better — at your own pace.

Not designed to make you high.
Designed to introduce you gently.

Holy Water Liquid Sacrament™ isn't designed to make you high. It's designed to introduce you to plant medicine gently. Every serving contains just 3mg THC and 3mg CBD — an intentionally low amount chosen because many people trying cannabis for the first time don't want a dramatic experience. They want to begin slowly. That's exactly what it was designed to do.

For the Curious · How It Works

OIL AND WATER.
THAT'S THE WHOLE PROBLEM.

Cannabinoids are oils. Water is water. Pour one into the other and it floats on top — it separates, and you can't get a consistent dose. A hemp emulsion is the technology that solves that: it breaks the cannabinoid oil into tiny droplets and surrounds them with food-grade ingredients so they stay evenly suspended in water.

01

Oil

Cannabinoids (THC + CBD) are oils.

02

Micro-droplets

The oil is broken into microscopic droplets.

03

Wrapped

Each droplet is wrapped in food-grade ingredients so it stays mixed in water.

04

Consistent

Now every sip contains the same measured amount.

Without it

  • The THC floats to the top
  • The bottle separates over time
  • Dosing is inconsistent
  • Absorption is slower & less predictable

With it

  • Clear, clean appearance
  • Consistent dosing every sip
  • Longer shelf stability
  • Faster, more predictable absorption

The best analogy

Think of milk.

Milk is naturally an emulsion — tiny fat droplets suspended evenly throughout water. That's why every sip tastes the same. A hemp emulsion does the same thing, except instead of milk fat, the suspended droplets carry hemp-derived cannabinoids.

What's inside

Two things, really.

The cannabinoids themselves — plus the food-grade emulsifiers and stabilizers that keep the droplets dispersed in water. Those ingredients aren't "active." They're there because otherwise the THC and CBD won't stay mixed.

Everyone uses an emulsion. Ours is differentiated by taste, stability, and consistency — not by the fact of having one.

The simple explanation

Spring water + precisely measured hemp-derived cannabinoids.

Holy Water uses a hemp-derived emulsion to evenly disperse measured cannabinoids throughout spring water — so every sip delivers a consistent, low-dose experience without changing the taste of the water. That's all most people need to know.

On the can, we don't print the word "emulsion." The label simply reads Spring Water + Precisely Measured Hemp-Derived Cannabinoids. The chemistry lives here — in the technical information — where it belongs.

Strategic Manufacturing Partnership

Our Focus

We're not building another cannabis beverage.
We're building a new category of ritual hydration.

Built around two ingredients that matter: exceptional water and exceptional plant science.

One platform. Three products. Designed for trust. Built to scale.

Why Beverage

We believe the future of cannabis will be led by
consumer beverages, not dispensaries.

Consumers already understand water, sparkling water, coffee, tea, and functional beverages. They don't understand cannabis. Holy Water meets people where they already are by transforming one of the oldest daily rituals in the world — drinking water.

We're intentionally building a premium ritual beverage brand designed for mainstream consumer channels, not just cannabis retail. As the industry evolves, we believe trusted beverage brands will move through the same distribution networks that built the modern alcohol and beverage industries.

Liquid Death proved that water can become culture. We believe Holy Water can become the trusted ritual companion for plant medicine.

We're not building another cannabis company.

We're building a consumer brand that makes plant medicine approachable through trust, simplicity, and everyday ritual.

The future of cannabis won't arrive through dispensaries.

It will arrive through everyday rituals.

The Thesis

Five arguments for why this company is built differently —
and why that's the investment.

The Thesis · Product Roadmap

From stripped taste
to the infinite garden.

We start by removing the taste. Then we earn the right to add everything else — flavor, function, and eventually the full botanical world the name Spiritual Plants already promises.

The Operating Thesis

We design systems.
Not beverages.

One architecture — Holy Water Liquid Sacrament™ — scaled across delivery formats. Today: water. Tomorrow: sleep, recovery, focus, social. Same system, different delivery. That's IP.

“Spiritual Plants” is the platform. Where THC isn't legal, we enter with adaptogens (lion's mane, ashwagandha), functional mushrooms, biblical ingredients, and other plants. Where it is, we move cannabis-derived through the licensed dispensary route. We can remove CBD entirely. One brand — every market, every format, every belief.

A Shared Philosophy

One of the unique strengths of Spiritual Plants is its commitment to building culture before products.

Patricc Reed (Post It Pat) and Tracy McCourt both served on Tony Hsieh's Brand Aura Team at Zappos, where they contributed to initiatives centered around hospitality, employee experience, company culture, and community.

After Zappos, Tracy continued working to bring those same hospitality principles into the cannabis industry, providing valuable insight into both the opportunities and challenges of translating world-class customer experience into an emerging market.

Today, those lessons influence how Spiritual Plants approaches hospitality, retail, customer experience, live events, community, and long-term brand loyalty.

We believe the next generation of iconic consumer brands will be built through community, hospitality, product excellence, and purpose—not advertising alone.

Kenny McCormickis a featured artist and collaborator across the ecosystem.
Post Oak Group & David Chuaprovide transaction and capital advisory support.

Together, the proposed Signal Stack combines institutional operating discipline, vision, product integrity, commercialization, hospitality, and culture—without pretending proposed appointments are completed deals.

OUR BELIEF

We believe great companies are not built around products.

They are built around people.

Products evolve. Technology changes. Markets shift.

But organizations grounded in trust, hospitality, stewardship, innovation, and community create lasting value across generations.

That is the company we are building.

Where It Started

HOLY WATER
Liquid Sacrament™

Before the can. Before the RTD. Before any beverage partner conversation — Holy Water Liquid Sacrament started as a tasteless, colorless beverage enhancer. One squeeze into any drink. It disappears completely.

The target wasn't wellness stores or dispensaries. It was the communities nobody in cannabis had ever trusted enough to show up for — faith, church, religion.

Phase 1 · The Original Four

Beverage enhancer for the four religious groups that never had their own:

Now · Mass Expansion

SPIRITUAL PLANTS HOLY WATER —
the fifth enhancer.

The original four proved the category works inside communities of faith. Now Spiritual Plants Holy Water — the flagship, un-branded enhancer — becomes the fifth SKU, built for mass-market expansion beyond any single faith or culture.

Christian CBD, The Saints, Mormon Meds, and Jew Weed remain live on SpiritualPlants.com as limited releases for the communities that started it all.

The Proof of Concept

HOLY WATER PROVED
the category works.

The original four enhancers — Christian CBD, The Saints, Mormon Meds, Jew Weed — are live, available, and actively moving through communities that had never touched a cannabis product. No dispensary. No stoner aesthetic. No apology.

Risk Management

REGULATORY
ADAPTABILITY.

Spiritual Plants was designed to operate in a changing regulatory environment.

The company is not dependent on one legal pathway, one cannabinoid source, or one manufacturing structure. If federal hemp rules tighten, Spiritual Plants has multiple paths forward.

Hemp Pathway

Based on current guidance and our low-dose product architecture, HOLY Water Liquid Sacrament™ is positioned around the more responsible end of the hemp-derived beverage market — measured dosing, compliance, testing, insurance, and non-inhalable formats. The company follows legal guidance, state-by-state rules, COAs, labeling requirements, and retail eligibility standards.

THC-Licensed Pathway

If hemp-derived THC rules materially change, Spiritual Plants can transition into licensed THC markets. Brandon Stewart has already operated in state-by-state cannabis markets, built products under licensed THC frameworks, and structured manufacturing, licensing, and distribution relationships across regulated environments. The company does not need to learn that playbook from scratch.

State-by-State Manufacturing

If products must be manufactured inside each state where they are sold, Spiritual Plants can adapt through licensed manufacturing partnerships, white-label production, state-specific formulations, and local compliance structures. This is already how regulated cannabis products are built. Brandon has done this before.

The Investment Point

The risk is not ignored.
It is built into the strategy.

Spiritual Plants is not a single hemp loophole business. It is a Spiritual Wellness platform with beverage, product, apparel, accessories, education, hospitality, and licensed cannabis optionality.

Strategic Retail Partner

Green Thumb Industries

One of the largest cannabis retailers globally — 77+ RISE dispensaries, $1B+ revenue. We're proposing a phased partnership: start with hemp distribution in hemp-legal states, then expand to THC markets as regulations allow.

Happening At The Same Time

EVERYTHING HAS BEEN
LEADING HERE.

While Holy Water takes shape, something larger is landing at the same time. Shope Creek Wilderness — 131 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains outside Asheville — is where everything Craig Rose has built finally has somewhere to rest.

The Hollow Bone Initiative begins there: a living experiment in generosity, participation, and a new nature of exchange. Not a retreat center. Not a brand. A room finally worth opening.
