This collection discusses proposed THC and CBD beverages for adults 21+.
Proposed Still and Sparkling products target 3 mg CBD + 3 mg THC per can. Final formulation, potency, testing, warnings and labels require verification. Development concepts only, not available to purchase or preorder. Earlier HOLY WATER beverage enhancers are a separate product format, not these proposed ready-to-drink waters.
A lawful route comes first.
Being hemp-derived, or restricted to adults 21+, does not by itself make a beverage federally lawful. Federal food and hemp rules, including changing regulatory requirements, must be addressed alongside state and local manufacturing, testing, marketing and sales requirements before any launch. A separate licensed-cannabis route would require its own licenses and approvals. No launch date, shipping availability or post-law-change sales are promised.
