Are your products legal?

Yes, all our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018). This legislation legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

What is the 2018 Farm Bill?

The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, legalizing the cultivation, processing, and sale of hemp and hemp-derived products at the federal level, as long as they contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.

How do you ensure compliance?

All our products undergo third-party laboratory testing to verify cannabinoid content and ensure compliance with federal THC limits. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request for all products.

Are hemp products legal in all states?

No. While hemp-derived products are federally legal, individual states have the authority to regulate or prohibit them. Some states have specifically banned or restricted certain hemp-derived cannabinoids.

Which states do you NOT ship to?

We currently do not ship to: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington.

What if my state isn't on the restricted list?

Even if your state is not on our restricted list, there may be local city or county ordinances that prohibit hemp-derived products. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

What happens if I order from a restricted state?

Orders placed from restricted states will be automatically cancelled and refunded. We cannot fulfill orders to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited.

Are these products FDA approved?

No. The FDA has not evaluated or approved our products. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no medical claims about our products.

Can I use these products if I have a medical condition?

You should consult with your healthcare provider before using any hemp-derived products, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition, are taking prescription medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of substance abuse.

What are the side effects?

Possible side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, changes in appetite, and altered perception. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after using these products. Start with low doses and increase gradually.

Can these products interact with medications?

Yes. Cannabinoids can interact with various medications, including blood thinners, anti-seizure drugs, and sedatives. Always consult your doctor before combining our products with any medications.

Are these products safe for everyone?

No. These products are NOT for:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Pregnant or nursing women
• Individuals with heart, liver, or kidney disease
• Individuals taking prescription medications (without doctor approval)
• Individuals subject to drug testing

What is the minimum age to purchase?

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or use our products. Age verification is required at checkout and upon delivery. Adult signature (21+) is mandatory for all deliveries.

How do you verify age?

We verify age at two points: (1) During online checkout through our age verification system, and (2) Upon delivery, where a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the carrier confirming you are 21+.
